Shipping and returns
1. General Information
This policy establishes the delivery terms for products ordered through the Veltrova.ro website.
2. Delivery Methods
Products are delivered through partner express courier companies.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the client when placing the order.
3. Delivery Period
- The delivery period is usually between 1 and 5 business days from order confirmation.
- During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), the period may be extended.
The client will be notified in case of delays.
4. Delivery Costs
- The delivery cost is displayed when placing the order.
- There may be campaigns with free delivery (depending on the order value).
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- incorrect address
- absence of the recipient
the courier will attempt redelivery, or the package will be returned.
Additional costs may be borne by the client.
7. Receipt of Products
The client is obliged to check the package upon receipt.
Any visible issues (damaged packaging, missing product) must be immediately reported to the courier and subsequently communicated to Veltrova.
8. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the products transfers to the client upon delivery.
