RETURN POLICY – VELTROVA.RO

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to current legislation (OUG no. 34/2014), the customer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Products must:

• be in the same condition as when delivered
• show no signs of excessive use
• be in their original packaging (if possible)
• be accompanied by all accessories

3. Products that cannot be returned

The following cannot be returned:

• customized products
• sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed
• products damaged due to customer fault

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Send an email to: contact@veltrova.ro
2. Specify:
   • order number
   • returned product
   • reason (optional)

After confirmation, the product will be sent by courier.

5. Return Costs

• The shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer
• If the product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, the cost is borne by Veltrova

6. Refund

• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product
• The amount will be returned using the same payment method initially used

7. Defective or Non-compliant Products

If the product is defective or does not match the description:

• the customer is entitled to replacement or refund
• all costs are borne by Veltrova
